A course for women and folks of color who are ready for work experiences where they are supported to thrive.

Each one of us is on this planet to make a meaningful contribution and we often seek to do so in our body of work. We experience a greater sense of fulfillment when we are engaged with work that is aligned with our core values, with teams that acknowledges and supports our unique skills and experience, and with organizations that honor us and compensate us well for our contributions.

A challenge for women and folks of color can be when we experience work environments that are neither inclusive nor equitable. We feel a sense of disconnect from our colleagues, we become frustrated with limited opportunities for growth, we struggle to see how our work is making a positive impact on the world. And this impacts our lives outside of work. We experience higher degrees of stress, we are less present for our families and communities, and we are less likely to engage in creative or joyful pursuits.

Once we’ve had enough and are ready to find something else, many of us struggle with the job search process. We feel isolated and unsupported. We have a hard time seeing our gifts and talents, acknowledging our contributions, or finding ways to stand out from the other applicants.

what if you didn’t have to Navigate this process alone?

I invite you to join us for a 6-month journey where you will learn practical and eye-opening tools that you can apply to your life and to your job search process. Here, you will have the regular support of an ICF-certified coach and group of passionate, purpose-driven folks like you to take consistent and clear steps towards a vision of work that really lights you up.
